THE PRESIDENT'S TROPHY
The draw rotates annually so that the clubs play those across the county.
President's Trophy matches are played off handicap - singles matchplay. The maximum handicap index is 21.4. Players with a handicap index above 21.4 may play in the competition but must adhere to the stated maximum handicap index.
Teams consist of 7 players, playing in ascending handicap order. The scoring for each game/match is:
Away win = 3 pts
Home win = 2 pts
Away half = 1½ pts
Home half = 1 pt
Overall match:
Winning team - based on number of matches won: add 2 pts
Halved match - based on number of matches won: add 1 pt each
The competition culminates in quarter, semi and finals matches to decide the winner.
THE Runner Up Trophy WAS Presented in 2007 by Juliet Gardner
in 2022 it became the Juliet Gardner Memorial Trophy
